Main bath tub/shower faucet needs replaced. Keep replacing washers but always end up with a dripping faucet plus water temp is hard to set constantly moving knobs etc. Note there is no access panel to plumbing. Main bath sink does not drain well, Drano helps for a short period. Powder room toilet when flushed makes a somewhat loud moaning noise in the basement pipes?? Seems to be a plumbing nightmare which concerns me so I am not sure where to start!

Thorough, explained everything, thought out the process and figured out exactly what was wrong, took his time to determine the problem and fixed it on the spot. Very nice, professional, personal. Thank you. My only wish is that the service call, should you decided to use the company, the money should go towards the final repair cost instead of in addition to the labor and cost of the part. Costly repair for a $40 job. Rest assured that I was very satisfied and will call again if we ever are in need. Thank you!

Had an annual check of furnace, Kennihan found CO2 being emitted into house because of blocked vent. They cleared the blockage and replaced vent, Very satisfied with service.

I used Kennihan HVAC and Plumbing services in July and August of 2012. I was extremely pleased with the their level of professionalism and quality work. My entire HVAC system was in dire need of upgrade and replacement and just to throw in a loop I wanted the indoor air handler relocated. Kennihans was able to complete the work exactly the way I had hoped and even exceeded my expectations as far as workmanship with the ducting and cleanliness of the installation. At the same time I wanted to switch from my well to city water service. Once again, Kennihan Plumbing was there. Their work was clean and professional. While installing the HVAC, they found a major issue with my natural gas line, and quickly worked with Columbia Gas to resolve the situation. Did I mention that I am active duty Army, stationed in Fort Knox, KY? They were able to meet with me when I was able to be in the area, very flexible, and went above and beyond to keep me in the loop while the work was being done with calls, emails, and picture messages. Overall, excellent service, and a very high level of professionalism. I would highly recommend them.

I called Kennihans to install my Gas Line. From the first conversation, everything they did was professional. I called other plumbing companies and got nothing but answering services and late night call backs. Kennihans answered the phone and set up the appointment right away. And the best thing was they actually came at the time they set up. I had set up an appointment with another plumber for an estimate, and they never showed up. Finally, when Jerry Kennihan did show up, he gave me a very reasonable quote, explained everything in detail, and was a true professional. We scheduled the service and they showed up on time and did a fantastic job. When they didn't have a part that they thought would come with the Heater I had purchased, Jerry came back on Saturday to finish the job so my daughter could swim over the weekend. Kennihans went the extra mile for me and I would recommend them.

Even though my plumbing issue turned out to be very minor, the technician that came to my house showed me what was wrong and how to fix the problem in case something similar ever happened in the future. He also gave me advice on an upcoming project and purposed several different solutions. He was on time and very professional. I would use Kennihan again.

On the coldest day of the year (-17), I thought I smelled gas in the basement. I was hoping it was my imagination but I thought I better call. I called and the polite voice on the other end said they could have someone come out in 20 minutes. I met a young guy who represented your company well. As he got closer to the furnace he said he smelled gas too. I knew this had to be an incredibly busy time but this fellow said he had better get someone with an infrared camera over to take a closer look. Soon another professional came along and he showed me why I was smelling gas. Then he said something I never expected. "Its dangerous to operate this furnace. We can't turn it back on". The temp outside was below zero. What was I going to do? They offered to bring space heaters over and said they would try to get me a new furnace ASAP. Unfortunately it was a Friday and they weren't sure they could get someone to come out on Saturday. But on a day where 4-6 inches of snow was predicted & falling, two pros came to our house. 5 hours later I had a new furnace and heat. I can't say enough about how I was treated and the service we received. Unbelievable! Thank you! Where do I get a Kennihan t-shrit?
